‘postfinane.ch’ – Typosquatting at the crossroads?

In order to direct Internet users to their own website, typosquatters deliberately register domain names with typos that are based on famous trademarks. Anchored in the law of fair dealing and trademark law, case law and doctrine judge this form of cybersquatting differently.
